Online coaching calls are tailored to your specific goals & needs. I create a safe & supportive space for you to go deep, to express your feelings & uncover any limiting beliefs & mindset blocks. Where appropriate & with your permission, I will challenge your thinking. I encourage you to commit to specific actions with deadlines in order to bring about your desired changes. Together we will celebrate how you navigate the highs & the lows of your journey.

Self development workshops
I love bringing people together for cosy in-person & online workshops. I facilitate journaling & sharing circles, as well as longer coaching & personal development workshops.
I encourage active listening & mutual respect so we create nurturing & welcoming spaces together. These are inclusive spaces for people to reflect on what they really want, get clear on their intentions & set goals that feel aligned with their values. During my events you can connect with like-minded people while learning fun, scientifically-backed tools.
